What is Match Fit?

 

Match Fit is a 12-week, field-based conditioning programme designed for individuals who take part in field sports, including rugby, football, and field hockey.

How it works

1. ASSESS WHERE YOU ARE

 

We start with an assessment and a conversation to go over your health history, goals and any special accommodations you may need. 

2. GET YOUR PROGRAM

 

You will be given a customized workout and meal plan based on the information provided in your assessment. These will all be delivered to you in an app. 

3. MONITOR & MODIFY

 

Once you begin your program, we will be in regular communication to gauge how you are doing. That will give me the opportunity to adjust your program on the fly.
